Corporate rentals do not include carousel ride wristbands during your rental time.

All party room rentals include exclusive use of the party room, 6ft. cake table, 4 ft. gift table, five 60" round tables & chairs. Pitchers of water with cups provided.

Who is the Honoree of this event, if any? If you would like, we can display an photo of your choice on our lobby TV during your event. Please email the image to [email protected] and be sure to note your event date and time.

What is the occasion (birthday, retirement, etc.) of this event?

The Host can arrive 15 minutes early to set up. Please respect the next rental & cleaning staff and be OUT of the room by your scheduled end time. There is no extra time for cleanup.

ROOM INFO:
Nothing may be put on the walls. We provide a 7-foot magnetic wall strip with magnets for banners. No helium balloons, glitter, bubbles, table scatter, piñatas, or confetti permitted at carousel. (A $100 cleaning fee will be charged if found.)
Air-filled balloons ARE allowed. Tablecloths and decorations are not provided. (Tables are 60″ round)

FOOD POLICY: Store-bought, pre-packaged, pre-made food and drinks only (pizza, sandwiches, food platters, etc). NO potluck-style homemade foods. You CAN have homemade cakes or cupcakes! No cooking/ heating foods, fryers, crockpots.
ALL food/drinks need to STAY IN ROOM.(if wanting to stay at the carousel room after your party rental , all food/drinks need to be taken out to vehicle) We do not provide refrigerators or freezers. You may bring a cooler with ice.

IMPORTANT :No alcohol allowed. ALL boxes (pizza or gift boxes) must be taken with you. ($50 fee if left behind.)

Extra wristbands can be purchased the day of the party for $5 each.(Wristbands are good only during your rental time & are non refundable) The party host (not guests) gets 10% off in the gift shop during the rental time.If you would like a photo of the guest of honor displayed on the lobby TV, please email it at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancelation/Refund Policy:
72 hour notification is required for cancellations. All deposits are non refundable. If notice is provided more than 72 hours before the event, the paid deposit may be applied toward a future rental. Notice of the new event date must be provided within 30days of cancellation. Cancellations within 72 hours of the event, as well as no show will result in forfeiture of deposit.


Corporate rentals do not include carousel ride wristbands.

 

Deposit: 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit required. 90 day maximum advanced reservation only.

Decorations: No helium balloons, glitter, or confetti are allowed in the building. Tabletop decorations and banner encouraged.

Foods: Must be store-bought, pre-packaged, or from a restaurant. No home-prepared foods except for cakes, cupcakes, cookies, etc. Food is also available in our concession stand. Please contact the Event Coordinator to pre-order.

Set-up/Clean-up: You may arrive 15 mins. prior to your party time to set up. Must be cleared of the room by the scheduled end time.
