This Carousel animal is life-size, and based on a retired racing greyhound that Ted and Rita Powell adopted. Neil was the 7th dog they have rescued when his racing career ended. His coloring is called “brindle”, and consists of stripes of color throughout his coat. Three cliff swallows fly alongside him to show his speed.
