Join us at Sybaris Bistro for a 5-course Christmas meal and help to raise funds for the Albany Carousel Cares Program, providing carousel rides, food, and comfort items to local children in need.
Five-Course Meal Includes:
-Chilled Wild Boar Pie, Wassail Jelly
-Ebeneezer’s Gruel, with a little truffle
-Smoked Salmon Stargazey Pie
-Crown Roast of Pork, chestnuts, and —–Brussel sprouts with Coleman’s mustard spiked gravy
-Plum pudding, hard sauce
